I honestly prefer Google Drive for mod sharing. Last choice is Google Drive which is always a constant download speed, no ads, always reliable, and one Google Drive link can allow them to pick and choose which mods they want from it or just a massive "download all" on the same link. It constantly changes depending on world-wide usage of server data. Mega can be fast, but does have a bandwidth limit that isn't static. With enough people using the same mods and seeding the torrent, speeds would be fast and no one would have to worry about shady ads. P2P sharing, otherwise known as Torrents. Honestly, your 3 best choices are as follows: Unfortunately if they aren't from there, then they must go to a 3rd party website where they are hosted and find them, or download them from a place that the mods in use were uploaded to. For any mods available from the in-game Modhub, they can just press Download Mods when trying to join the server.
